hello first time and here be nice and i will try to be grammatically correct. I work out very little probably 1-2 times a month sad i know. goal is 1 set every other day of 3/2/3, 3 mins moderate speed running, 2 mins sprint, and 3 minutes of moderate speed again. of course i will do a 5 min warm up before this set and a cool down after. I planning on increasing this by 1 set each week. I will work out 5 days a week and on the days I do not do these sets i will either ride bike for 30 minutes or alternate with jump rope for 15 minutes. Question is this overdoing it or is this an intensive way of getting back in shape losing weight and over good heart health. after this 30 day period i will be doing weight training and cardio mixed together please some advice. also sorry its long.
um not sure if i understood that or not but you should be doing weight training right from the start.. full body every other day 3 days a week is enough for now..
