17 year old looking to tone chest area
Hey im a 17 year old and im looking to tone chest area where nipples are. What would i need to do? Im embarrased of it at the moment.
Hi Boss Man, i eat mainly 3 meals a day. However today i was at college i ate. For breakfast = cereal (bowl of frosties) at break i had a ham sandwich (2slices of white bread) at lunch i had a chicken tikka sandwich (264 calories) and i was hungry probably from where i went on the cycling bike i have in doors for like 800 calories according to that so i had a corner yougurt which came to about 220 calories. Ive been drinking water and if i drink coke/fizz i always make sure that it is diet and 1 or no calories. And for dinner im not sure what we are having but last nite it was 2 sausage rolls, mash and peas.
I don't currently work out, i heard muscle stunts growth? Not sure if it's true and i may not even grow anymore but if it does then i would try to avoid it just incase. However im not so bothered about toning stomach i just want it flat. As for chest i want to tone it as i am embarrased about chest.
I think i have quite a bit of tissue there, it almost looks like i have boobs. Well when i sit down it does. (I had luposuction treatment over a year ago and they said if i toned it it would look better)

You have to eat more than 3 a day. I deally you need probably 6 a day, with three hour spaces. You won't meet caloric needs on 3 a day, unless you seriously eat pig sized portions at each meal.
Frosties are probably quite Sugary. I'd go for a good honest whole-grain over those.
The sandwhich sounded fine, but the Dinner would have been better without the Sausage Rolls. Should sub those for things like Turkey Skinless Chicken lean Beef, Pork, Soybeans, etc etc.
Having a sandwhich for snacks is a good idea, but you should perhaps be looking at other options too, nut just limiting yourself, and you need more Protein at Breakfast, like Chicken, Turkey, Lean Ham, Eggs, Peanuts, Low Fat Cheese etc etc.
If you choose Peanuts, go for Western Grown over Asian grown, if you're at all concerned about Asian ones, in relation to mould and Aflatoxins, as there is usually less issues with ones from say America, in terms of storage and production. Although I'm not saying all Asian grown Peanuts are a bad thing, but sometimes they can be.
If that doesn't really concern you then no worries.
I'd suggest for now making a few changes based on the above, and see where that gets you. You can always amend things in the coming days when needs be.

No. If calories are low, you might be eating adequate portions at main meals, but lacking between meals either from having little or nothing.
I would focus on the between meal meals, and the one 2-3 hours after your dinner. Those would probably need either introducing, or greatly improving. Eiother o fthose two things, depending on which if any of the 3 you have, and what they consist of.
