lose fat?
hi, I want to lose around 5-10 pounds of fat, get a flat, hard abs and lose fat on arms. I know that you can't spot reduce but i wanna know what kind of workout would work. I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a week and doing 30 min of cardio and some weights. im 108 lbs and 5'2"
you're already tiny and you can't define that's not there so ficus on building muscle

another thing is that if you dont have muscle then it will be hard to show it. start building muscle and then lose the fat on top of that. but i have no idea what your situation is
