Hey guys,
It's been 2 months and I am still very excited!! So far I have lost a total of 25lbs. I am very consistant with the way I eat and I follow a strict schedule for cardio and weight training. It's paying off!!!! I also have lots of support from wife who has also changed her nutrition plan and she's been seeing results also. It's not a diet, it's a way of life!
Good work, and the weight loss is consistant, so you're on a good steady reduction process and not causing not whacky amounts, like 50lbs in 8 weeks or anything drastic like that, as I eluded to last time, which could have happened.
