Okay everyone, we're all here to think positive and achieve goals but some days are just rubbish and you forget about the progress you've made...so I'm going to start with one positive and you can keep it going:
I put on 10 pounds back on that I'd lost from August to December 2008 but.....
that's okay because I am going to lose it again with a healthier, longer lasting plan.
I am happier and more confident every day.
I am 5 pounds lighter than I was this time last year.
Another day has passed, and I have became a little better looking. ( haha I kid , I kid) However from the positive mind set if I chant it and rub face and think it long enough it may come true! Let us hope so.
nothing to do with fitness or anything but.... i am going to be a fully qualified "motor vehicle technician" (a mechanic basically) in june. im going on holiday to greece in july for two weeks with a bunch of mates, and more short term i have two parties to attend this weekend....life is good
I got to that Yankee candle goal but instead of the candle, I got some really nice ice wine from a local winery and used it to celebrate our anniversary. Other positive notes, the sun has been shining all week, I have been out enjoying nature, getting the garden ready, hiking.
ITS FRIDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY and I was healthy enough to get out of bed this morning and I had a job to come to!! Not that I'm not usually healthy enough to get out of bed... but there are lot of people out there who aren't able to get out of bed.... and even more who don't have jobs to go to everyday.
Hubby let me sleep in this morning;) Have the weekend off from work, looking forward to hanging out with kids this weekend and getting some yardwork done;)
