Before and After (Not yet complete)

Hey guys, I just want to show appreciation for all the help and especially with putting up with me.

Everyone that helped me out and I just wanted to show some pics of me before and after. Although I'm still hitting the gym and will post up later, this is me about 7.5 months after I started hitting the gym.

Wow! Great job! You should be so proud of yourself.

I just joined a month or so ago and unfortunately I don't have any before pics (wouldn't let anyone near me with a camera) Plus all pics are too big anyway!

Pretty good shape, though the rear is perhaps a little fat.

I'm talking about the Motor of course
