Weight Vests?

Hey, i want to intensify workouts and i was looking into a weighted vest, mom siad it would be bad on joints. :x ...
What do you think?

It depends what you're doing.

Even unweighted exercises can hurt you, though. Take the necessary precautions and you should be fine.

fill a schoolbag with weights, works basically the same, and youll see how you do without having to buy a weightvest first.

wanna intensfiy your workouts? try:

- increase wt
- decrease rest
- increase vol
- frequency

for sure swans...
but im just wondering if it will put too much pressure or what not on knees and stuff...

obviously using a wt vest thus having need to move extra wt will hurt your knees, training smarter won;t though
