Can you help me ?

Post by citylabel »

I'm almost 17, 135 pounds, 5' 7" .. And I play hockey and wrestle, I'm very active and athletic..

I have a good workout schedule going, and I'm committed to it and I'm loving the strength results..

I workout everything, But I can't seem to gain the weight.. I tend to stay around 133 to 135..

I eat like a lot, and I eat healthy and always work it off. I am always running and doing cardio along with weight lifting in schedule.. I don't take supplements, and I don't plan on it, I drink ALOT of water and gatorade. All I ever usually do is eat good foods and high protein foods and vitamins, along with good rest.

I'm trying to work on biceps and chest.. I have really good workouts for both areas but results aren't as good as I want..

Is there anything I should add or do to help with better results on bicep and chest results, without the use of Supplements?

Thanks A lot!
(:

there's your problem i'd say, you're doing too much and not leaving any calories left over to grow

I'm doing a lot of cardio and running to get back into shape and be conditioned for tryouts.

So what steps should i take if i want to run and stay in shape but build up as well?

Thank you

you don;t have to run to keep in shapoe, it';s more a product of what you're eating
