On weight training. I got a better posture.
On other exercise which is Biking. I lower carbon footprint because I just bike to work. also saved Parking Ticket, Gas Use, and also Maintenance Schedule for car such as Oil Change interval, Tire Thread Wear and so on. And most of it I see lot of thing I did'nt see from riding car.
