underdeveloped...??

I was checkin me out in the mirror earlier 8) anyways and came to the realization that right arm is more developed than left arm, meaning that on right arm tri's pop up more and also side deltoid and what not. Am I doing something wrong? how can I this??lol

everyone has a stronger and bigger arm, nothing really to worry about..no one else will notice it

your options anyway:

1 - train upper body woth db's mostly and see if this evens it up

2 - again db work but unilateral or single arm exercises only doing for your strong arm what your weak arm can do until it catches up

3 - go and see a chiro and see if there is a neurological issue there somewhere

hey swanso thanks for the reply...
I usually work upper body with dbs anyway. but what you mean is to isolate weaker arm and use the same weight for stronger arm?

still use compound exercises, just db and single arm variations

yes same wt for strong arm as weak arm...if your weak arms only gets 8 reps, then that's all you'll do for the strong arm

i always love your photo's, always a bit of skin...
