Not heard of anything like that. I use whey as means of immediate absorption for body after I workout and to feed body at night before I go to bed.

Bit difficult. If you mixed it with some Milk, and possibly a bit of Splenda perhaps or something like that, you could refridgerate it, and make some kind of pudding.

Or you could mix a bit of cream or Yoghurt into it, and try the same thing, possibly making Whey Ice Creams in the freezer as well.

Then you could experiment with things like Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Vanilla Essence, Crushed Nuts, etc etc, and see how that pans out, or possibly mix it with melted Caramel, but realistically I don't think you'd have much success, as Whey Powder isn't really that versatile a foodstuff I think.

1 egg white, 1 scoop of whey, and just enough water to mix with. Heat for 1 minute and it makes some form of a cake. You can add natural peanut butter or sugar free syrup with it.

I also mix mine with oatmeal or with peanut butter then chill it. It turns out to be almost fudge like. There are tons of things that you can make with whey so just research it. absolute favorite of all time is 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter. Blend them all together and freeze :D

I don't like nuts any nuts. Do you know of any other binder for use with oat meal and whey to make protien bars.
