I just started doing the 8 minute buns video. Im 5'4" and 112. Im only trying to smooth out the area right below "butt". But now jeans are getting tight!? I guess thats because its lifting it up. Its very frustrating. I dont want to bulk that area up. Would running be good to smooth out the area without bulking it up?
