I would recommend eating some protein with breakfast... A healthier choice could be half of a whole wheat bagel with some eggs/eggwhites and maybe a bit of fruit. What time did you eat breakfast? If you find that you're eating a large breakfast and aren't hungry by the time lunch rolls around then you could simply eat a smaller breakfast. I usually eat (about) every 3 hours regardless of how hungry I am. I've found that if I wait until I'm really hungry then I am more likely to overeat. If you're finding it hard to eat every 3 hours then just stick to smaller meals, with a protein at every meal. Your body will eventually get used to getting meals that often and will actually start to expect to get food every 3 or so. If I got more than three hours without eating I start to feel quite hungry.

Hope this helps...

If you're not hungry then you should decrease the amount you've eating for breakfast and make yourself eat a bit for lunch.... we're not talking huge meals here, I usually have a couple slices of low fat cheese with an apple, or an egg with a couple eggwhites and a whole pepper, or a chicken breast with some brocolli... just enough to fill you up but not make you feel overly full.
