sorry, but no you wont get "big guns" in 5 weeks! why would you want big arms and not care about the rest of your body anyway?

sorry if i didnt fully explain myself, i am working out regularly and cover all major muscle groups equally using both compound and isolation exercises and all i was after really was any feedback on giving arms a boost for the upcoming holiday in feb.

It is, in opinion, a silly approach to lifting.

Big arms will not generally get you more romance than smaller arms will. It is your self-confidence that will make you more attractive. If having big arms are needed to bolster your self confidence then recognize that fact.

All that said, lots of sets to failure will give you impressive pump and will give some short-lived size.

you need to gain 15pds of actual muscle to increase your arms by 1 inch...give away the isolation exercises too, they aren't building any muscle at all

Chin
Food
Dead
Squat
LOT of Food
Sleep
Bench
Rows
MORE food

will build large arm ... You can'T just set this kind of goal, like "6 packs in 6 weeks" or shit like this. And you can'T just have one bodypart developed ... Your posture will be shit, and you won'T be able to reach your optimal growth potential.

Squats and deadlifts will build big arms? Silly me. I thought it was curls and tricep extensions.
