i was wondering what is the problem is with food in the mornin, everitime i have breakfast no matter if its ceareal or somethin else i just want to be sick.
so i was wondering if thats got somethin 2 do with nutrience intake or somethin, becoz wen i were takin protien shakes 1-2 half glasses daily between meals to stop me from snacking and i was able to eat in the morning without feelin sick!
Did you mix the shakes with Water? If you did, then having the Cereal is not the problem, it's possibly the Milk with it. You could be Lactose intolerant, hence the sick feelings.
