i'm gonna be honest here..
looking at your pictures you don't look like an all american and you want to move to the next level then you definatley need to get in shape of which you are not...that being said you have a plethera of postural problems to which need to be rectified
do you have access to exercise science students or anythting where you are? you need a postural assessment quick smart or you WILL get injured, no doubt
it amazing you don't have low back pain already
read "read before posting.." in diet section and get the food organised which should give you some wt loss anyway for now

Well i wasnt this badly out of shape in may, sitting out since our national championship game and doing absolutely nothing after working out consistently for the two seasons played at essex definitely did not help. I mean nothing. I havent touched a weight or done anything cardiovascular since may, so these are the results. I do not have access to wither of those but i will look into it.

was wondering if this would be a good meal plan to start out with.... if not maybe you could help me make one?
8am:
1 chicken breast (6 ounce), 1 cup of steamed brown rice, 1 small salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
11am:
turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread (6 ounces of lean turkey breast, lettuce, tomato, mustard) (NO cheese or mayo).
2pm:
6 ounces of top round steak, 1 cup of broccoli, 1 cup of non-fat cottage cheese
5pm:
egg white omelet (6 egg whites, mushrooms), 2 pieces of whole wheat toast (NO butter)
8pm:
6 ounces of fish (salmon, catfish, trout, halibut, etc.), 2 cups steamed zucchini, 1 small salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Not a creature of habbit, but changing ways indeed, I am not partial to variety, so the same meals every day will not bother me in the slightest... called a sports medicine doctor at CU university and he suggested this for posture to start... http://www.colonialmedical.com/product. ... ctid=18747
I need help with a good meal plan deffinitely
