hi, i'm not sure if this should be part of the strength training part of the forum but, what are some of the exercises that increase hip muscles? because, i just picked up boxing and coach told me that i don't have much hip muscles and punches are weak because i lack the hip muscle
so what could i do to increase hip strength?
it's more core strength i would say so exercises such as Prone Ab Braces, Side Braces, Dragon Flags (they're very hard) and "full body tension" exercises like that are the way to go i would say but i'm no boxer
