should i keep doing crunches?

Post by raksudum »

hey guys,
so i am wondering if i should keep doing crunches.
I have been working out on and off for the last 2 years, but have done alot of crunches, and can now feel abs beneath fat =), guess that's a good sign. and also the first set of abs right beneath the chest is starting to show, so thats awesome. So should i keep doing crunches? cuz i heard they can make your stomach look bigger if you also have fat underneath. so wouldnt the abs eventually show if i worked on cardio and fat burning?

I do pilates for core strengthening and stretching b4 going to the gyms (20 mins).

I jump rope using HIT intervals, so that way i dont have to dedicate much time and still burn alot of calories.

Also, one last thing is that on weekends and stuff I hang out with friends, and sometimes, like today i start eating outside diet.

like today i ate pasta, then 1 footlong of subway sandwich! so uh is there another way i can still chill w/ friends and still keep something with me to stay within diet?

no, crunches don't do even 1 thing

learn what's good and what's bad...you can get chicken breast and salad pretty easily or take something with you
