Nah I meant Cutler. I just sued his name as an example, I could have said anyones name, from Dorian Y, to Yarmo Nezzar, to Kickinger etc etc, but Cutlers name just came to me
The hard effort is there though Swanso. A guy who takes something like Dianabol, still has to train darn hard. Some of those guys are doing 18-20+ sets on chest and stuff like that, with massive weights. Some guys are doing it with 200kg+ (440lbs+), Bench presses. The Steroids basically help to increase things like Test and GH production, cut Protein wastage, relieve possible Pain and inflammation, and in many cases they're the same things as some people get for certain chronic illnesses, and temporary inflammation issues.
We could look on guys like that with shame, but feeling is, you're not going to accuse 15, 230lb+ Pros of cheating, and DQ them all, or there'd be no Mr O at all for at least a year or two.
At least having a load of juciers in one show, is a level playing field.
The worst travesty is people like Mariusz Pudzianowski, who got DQ'd in a WSM final for taking drugs. He messed up on the Atlas Stones, had an outside chance of 1st, and came 3rd before the DQ, but he'd already won 2 x already. I think Vidauskas the Lithuanian won that year.
Mariusz was back the next year though, no 2 or 5 year ban, like in most sports, and if he had to qualify again, (not sure about that), he potentially was doing powerlifting and / or strongman stuff, within 3-6 months of that DQ. It makes a mockery of a testing procedure.
You should either test and ban or not test at all.
Then again maybe it was just because it was him. I mean what if someone like Glenn Ross, (I'm sure he never has juiced not with that mammoth pooch anyways), had theoretically juiced, and been DQ'd, would a guy like him, who's never won it, be banned, because possibly not many people would miss him, being in WSM for 2 years, because unlike Mariusz he's not as big a crowd pleaser.
Do they give special DQ dispensations for multi-champions in WSM? In which case Pfister is a winner, so now if he was hypothetically juicing, if he got DQ'd, would he be back inside of 12 months too, now he's a big WSM name they can't afford to not have in the comp.

Although when I see Videos of Coleman Leg Pressing over a Tonne for reps, and Free bar Squatting around 375kg for reps, I don't respect him that much, because to me, by that point, and given what has been bandied around for years about his Steroid, and HGH usage, he could be dead before he's 60, and to me when it gets that bad you're screwing your health up, no matter how much Milk Thistle and other Liver protectorants you use, I think you don't deserve as much respect, as a honed BB, who maybe only takes small amounts of Steroid, and could live loinger, and be healthier
I can respect a juicers hard effort, (though I've never found any concrete reason for a guy to juice), but not when you get to Colemans size, and it's dangerously unhealthy, because a man who could potentially be causing himself a slow death, from humungous Steroid and HGH use, loses respect as far as I'm concerned.
Honestly, the guys who don't juice ever and are benching 350+ and squating 500 + are the rarities that deserve the respect. Heck even at 300 and 400 respectively these guys deserve respect too. They don't give in to the norm and it is their persistance, tenacity, dedication and will that gets them there not some drug. I applaud them the loudest, they may not be in any guiness books but they are definately in mine!
why respect them? do it clean i'll give them respect...what if you found out kobe bryant was on roids??? take his mvp away you'd say...just because they tuern a blind eye to drug use in bb'ing it soesn't make it right
Maybe it doesn't make it right, but to me, it's the same argument as people being caught cheating in the Olympics, and others saying let's have a Steroid Olympics, and then clean athletes can compete in the real thing.
That's why theres natural organisations in BB too.

A+
I don't condone the use for regular people, but if you are a pro BBer, it's makes an even field, you go natural or you don't. Still hard work.
Pro athletes, hell yes, juice it up. Makes them run faster, throw harder, get moneys worth out of a game.
Olympics should be tested and non tested events.
Otherwise, unless you are over 35 and have medical evidence for low test, or you are 1 step below getting your Pro card, it's not needed.
As for kids looking to athletes as role models, well kids choose all kinds of role models, some you might disagree with on basis of politics, religion, lifestyle etc etc. Kids idolize rock stars who are heroin junkies too, doesn't mean the majority are going to start shooting up.
Making choices is part of learning, sometimes you make good ones, sometimes not.
