Uneven

One of pecs is larger than the other. I would really like to even these out. Any tips?

db's only and go to a chiro to see if you have any nerve dysfunction but that being said everyone has uneven pecs, arms, legs etc so don't worry too much about it

Should someone do more reps in the weaker side to compensate or does that mess things up?

i'd rather you simply train the weak side hard and then only do for the strong side what the weak side does sets/reps/wt wise
