Hello, I am new to Shape Fit. Are there any workout programs on the fit tracker that include cardio? I see several different workouts for the amount of days you want to work out however they do not integrate cardio in the program. Thanks,
I have access to treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike and run outdoors. I was doing a weight lifting program of 5 days a week (chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs) and doing 15 minutes of cardio before each workout. However, getting in the gym to lift 5 days a week is becoming difficult with schedule. I also want to increase cardio to get leaner but continue lifting to gain muscle and size.
so get the best of both worlds with your schedual.
Lift full body 3x a week in a circuit style program. Try for a cardio on 3 of the off days and leave one day rest. The off days do intervals at home, close by school, something like that. That way you only need to get to the gym for 3 days and if the schedual doesn't permit you're not losing alot.
