Frustrated!

I dont know what to do anymore. I am trying to lose another 30lbs and I've plateaued. I eat portion sizes, I eat 4-6 small meals a day, I stop eating before 8... and I'm active 7 days a week with running, swing dancing, rock climbing, plus im a waitress so even at work I'm being active. I dont know what to do to jump start weight loss. Please help. :cry:

Rock climbing is awesome.
You may not be eating enough for the activity you do.
You don't need to stop eating after 8 p.m., unless you sleep at like 8:30.
You also need to build some muscle, do you train at all?

There is the possibility that you are overtraining as well, when do you take a day off any type of training? It sounds like you aren't getting enough fuel like Diana suggested. Perhaps a sample of a days meals would help us get a bigger picture. And as Diana asked, do you weight train?
