I WOULD LIKE TO DO INCLINE BENCH PRESSES BUT I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO AN ADJUSTABLE BENCH ( I HAVE A MULTIGYM BUT THE BENCH IS FLAT) WOULD IT BE SAFE TO PROP MYSELF UP SOMEHOW USIN FLAT BENCH OR IS IT A NO GO?
you could pop it up on a low step, you only need a 30 degree incline for chest presses but they don't differ much from flat bench excpet that you can't use as much wt
