Would you please make me a workout rountine?

Post by Kraisem »

Hi friends,

I'm 5'8" tall.

weight 46 kilograms.

chest size 28.5"

waist size 26.5"

I know that I'm thin but muscles are toned. They're not big enough though.

I haven't had any training or go to gym. So I need your help to make me a workout routine program.

I'd like to have a body like this model, Stan. ( legs and arms almost look like his anyway)

regular exercises are running and biking (machines)

I have home fitness and these equipments

6. Dumbells (All weights)

7. Barbells (All weights)

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello Mr. Swanso,

Thank you so much for your advice. I've just done Waterbury Mothod and wondering what should I do next? Should I just continue doing this program?

If you have any ideas or infos, may I bother you to make me links? since 'searching' doesn't seem to work on computer.

Thank you sir.

1 - You shouldn't try to look like someone else.
2 - He's a model, chances are that pic has been professionally edited.
3 - Just stick to it and keep working hard, it'll pay off.

Yes, he is.

But still body muscles look similiar to his, so it would be a possible goal to reach now.

Thanks.
