hey guys,
college kid here, bout 5'8, but weight 170. I have some extra flab, mainly in gut, but not like fat. I'm looking to get into some decent shape, but mainly lose weight.
I have a bench and no way to do legs lifts besides the leg curl thing on the bench. I don't mind running, but something inside like jumping roping seems more fitting for me.
Any basic ideas for a workout plan, like 4-5 days a week?

There are loads of ways to get a workout, even if you have no equipment. Having some dumbbells would be very helpful, but it's doable even without. You can do bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, calf raises, push ups, dips, supermans (back extensions), and ab work.
