Squat Needs to be deeper, on your other squat session lower the weight and go deeper, video it and show us.
For deadlift, well I'm frenchie and I have a hard time trying to explain so look : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQVMqE3Wb3g

Squat: you may need to widen your stance a bit more, you look to be tall and that usually helps out people with long thigh bones. Tighten up more by getting those elbows down! You got chicken wings there. The bar is high on your back, do you feel like it is forcing you forward some, I'd imagine yes. Lower the bar on your back a bit and try a thumb over the bar grip, your elbows will automatically go down and your back will tighten up some. Start with low weight because it's feels totally different than high bar position.
DL: You are squatting your deadlift. More hip action, less knee action. Hard to explain and I'm not french either. Keep the legs straight, not locked, but close.
Good vids though, nice to see a visual for a change.
