How would I lose weight and gain muscle. I'd like to know how to keep muscles growing but at the same time gain muscle. I'd like muscle weight not fat!

This question is wrong to begin with, you want to gain muscle and lose fat. If you lose weight you'll probably lose muscle. Muscle weighs more that fat. How bout try to maintain your weight throw diet (forum on diet and nutrition sticky "read this before posting") and excercise, I'm sure you can find the waterbury method online somewhere.
