ok i have come to a problem
i freaken love peanut butter
it seems like that is only vice on something i love to eat
so is it bad to add it in?
if so i don't think i will have a problem getting rid of it
ill just toss the rest in garbage and don't by no more rofl

well do that...it's not too bad...great source of healthy fats really but you only need maybe 4tbsp a day

Two choices with the PB. Either limit it, or can it off.

If you find difficulty restricting your intake of it, then the answer is to boot it out of your diet.

mmmm PB, I've limited myself to a banana and PB as a "as soon as I wake up meal" it seems to help curb the wanting of PB for the rest of the day, that and adding some nuts and seeds to salads, (for the protein of course :))

Don't be reliant on Nuts for Protein, they're okay, but not brilliant, they mostly are unsaturate Fat vessels, except for Cashews which have a bit of Carbohydrae, one of the few if not the only Nut with Carb.

If you have too many Nuts, your calorie intake would just go whoosh, because of the Fats in them.

oh, definately don't rely on nuts for protein, just one of the sources I have throughout the day. :)

weight is not dropping as fast as it use to
i am increasing intensity and time for cardio

2 questions
is white rice, weat bread, and other carbs bad?
well, main question is why are carbs bad?, i usually only consume around
100-250 carbs fluctuating
so is 250 to much?
i just wish carbs didnt exist lol

First, stop taking your weight lol, I can make mine fluctuate by many pounds with water and salt in one day if I want.

Second, carbs aren't bad but while trying to loose fat we should keep them low and rely a bit more on fat's calories.

So carbs, no matter what it is except veggies : Eaten post-workout and breaky. And Yes 250g when loosing fat is too much.

Well it depends on you but 100-150 on workout days (depending on the intensity), 50-100 on cardio (depending of the intensity), 0 on off days.
