any ideas?
i am 6'4 and have never weighed more than 225lbs but ,due to recent surgery's on knee i am currently 250 lbs.................. and in desprate need of any advice to shred access body fat with little cardio ( i am still recovering from a recent knee surgery). any work out plan or diet plan would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm... can you swim? That might be an effective form of cardio that wouldn't put too much stress on your knee but would burn a great deal of calories. Can you bicycle? Do you have access to a gym? Also... what does your current diet look like? If you post an example of your current diet it is easier to see where you can improve. Can you do any upper body weights (pull ups, push ups, dips, rows, ect) or does that also bother your knee? I'm a little confused as to what your body can and can't handle at this point. If you can't work out you can definitely probably make some changes to your diet to get you back on the right track.
