What do you eat and what times.

I'd stick to Bodyweight stuff for now. You're perhaps a little too young for weights just yet at 14. It's just because of female bone density etc etc, not me being insensitive or rude.

P.S. Congrats on getting started, you should be proud. Too many people your age don't care, and soem start getting into crappy stuff. You've done a good thing wanting to make changes, and it makes me happy for you :).

thnx :D
to be honest i always try to eat less chocolates and ice-creams but i'm eating whenever i feel hungry...but not at night.i always try not to exaggerate...

one old friend thought she was fat..(but she wasn't i think)...and she started diet. but when she gave up she became sooooooo fat that now she's got some problems with her health... i dont know maybe diet is not so good.. maybe exercises better? i think u can eat what you want and then just burn it?

i've read that stupid stuffs in journals about diet and fitness... but i cant find something for me...for 14year old girl...:|:|:|

What do you mean stupid stuff in journals? I don't understand. Anything diet intake people journal about on here, is usually their current diet, and and changes suggested by others.

Then the individuals diet is partially based on their goals. so obviously a woman trying to lose weight, won't eat a 3,500 calorie, 8 meal a day diet, that a 180lb weightlifter might be using.

Are you saying you've seen this diet info on journals here, or elsewhere?

Well what we asked for was the times when you eat, and the meals you eat.

We've gotten a brief idea of what you eat, but we don't know what times you eat, or what meals you eat.

I meant times like Breakfast 8:00, Lunch 12:00 that sort of thing.

As for meals, I understnad some of what you eat, but I want to know what a Breakfast is, what a Lunch is, a Dinner, Snacks etc etc. Telling me a few things you eat is good, but I can't get the right idea of how you eat.

If you say 3-4 times a day, you might be eating nothing between Breakfast and lunch for example, then again you might be, and if we don't know more about wht times you eat a meal, and generally what the meals are, we might suggest things you already do, or things you don't like.

Hopefully you understand now, when I was asking for meal times, and what the meals are.

Exact, just show us a typical day with our and what you eat.

And not eating at night is BAD.

The dinner is okay, the rest needs solid attention, and another meal wouldn't hurt if possible.
