Congrats on the work. You are a dark horse. From endurance athlete to global megastar in 3 months

Actually I really like those, and I like the way they've been done, and they are are a really good way, to embody the ethos of what you as a person stands for, because you've done something that would show those females, about 10-15 years younger than you, that there are ways to get over a body image, and not feel so conscious of themselves, and resort to drastic and unhealthy measures.

Not implying for one moment you've ever been a body conscious person with a troubled physical / emotional past.

I certainly think as a positive female rolemodel, pictures like this are very good for promoting better body awareness, especially amongst females under 21, so you should be proud of those, as they would definitely serve to educate, and make young females potentially want to know about you, and the basics of what make you the person you are physically.

Well done :).

Wow Sarah! You look fantastic! Working hard here in Ohio...5 more months till figure competition. The diet is grueling and work tough, but I am ready for the challenge. Will post some pics to show progress soon. Keep up the great work and thanks for being catalyst!

Hay Boop CONGRATS on choosing to compete. To know where you were at, and to know where you're headed now, that's awesome missess WELL DONE.

You've had some great help, but ultimately you've had to put in the hard work and effort yourself, and I know what you already did achieve, but I know what you certainly could do based on this evidence.

So GOOD LUCK, and keep on pushing. You're a real inspiration, and you should be incredibly proud of yourself :).

Thanks Boss Man! I am getting so pumped for October! The changes I have seen just since January are amazing. I am taking pictures every 4 weeks to see progression. The diet trainer has me on is pretty easy to maintain, just have to be real organized. Lots of rice, protein, and fresh veggies that's for sure! Having some issues with gaining weight. Was doing a lot of running which I had to cut out completely cause I was losing leg muscle definition. Man that was hard cause passion is running! But I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach goal. I will be competing in "D" class due to height and will be age 40 at the time of the show. All friends think I am totally crazy, but honestly, I feel better now at 40 than I ever did at 20. They have labeled me with new nickname which is "Jillian" from "The Biggest Loser" show. Ha ha! I'll make sure to post progression once I get pics downloaded from camera. Thanks again to Sarah for her encouragement and for all your support on this site. family has been awesome in helping me with the journey, so ultimately, I am blessed.

Good to hear. You're not crazy. If becoming a potential athlete and being healthy too, are crazy peoples actions, then more people should be crazy.

A planet full of loons, would massively reduce the financial burden on hospitals :).
