Egg whites

Post by MangoBlue »

Hi
Just wonder where can I find egg whites. I have never use it before. I know you can buy eggs and separete them but I want to buy just the whites! Is that ones that groceries have the hardly ones? Call them meringue? I know tha meringue put it in cakes and some sweets. And how about if you want to put it to oatmeal how that hardly thing combines ? :?: :?

You can buy just the whites in most grocery stores. Look for them by the eggs... they're called Eggbeaters and there are usually some generic brands there also. As for Meringue (I'm not sure if that's spelled correctly?) I believe that has sugar added to it....not positive though. I usually just buy eggs and separate them but you can definitely just buy the whites... its much easier. You can also order some online that are supposed to be great. Heres the sight for those...

Hope this helps. :)
