For the Waterbury Method can someone explain this to me?
Once you’ve finished the first week of the program, the loading on all sets must be increased. Here’s how it all breaks down:
Week 2: 82.5% of 1RM for all lifts
Week 3: 85% of 1RM for all lifts
Week 4: 87.5% of 1RM for all lifts
and can i add in more cardio then the recomened into the workout? i want to start sprinting.

basically just increase the smallest loading you can not exceeding 5pds though...2.5pds per lift should be alright but it depends what wt you started with and whether it was too easy, too hard etc...gauge it on the first workout...important - you need to still get akll the reps for every set
add 1 sprint workout on sat but not during the week for starters

sprints are great...
the progression is already built into the program, don't add anymore in...you've got to add wt for another 3 weeks yet

at 200pds 190 is good for a 4"2'er...but what calories are they exactly and a better question is how many are you expending?
