How old are you?
I do not think that taking diet pills is healthy.
Diet pills won't give you abs with lots of definition. Building a good muscle base and losing the fat that is covering them will. This can be done healthfully through a solid exercise program and healthy eating.
thanks ..
well i'm 15..
the thing is that i have abs.. i can see them.. but i have a lot of fat in lower back and oblieques and that makes me look fat..
you say your obliques have fat covering them, so u should probably try to incorporate some oblique exercises into your workout plan (if u have one). this site itself has a vast number of exercises suitable for building up your obliques so give it a shot. Also, try to incorporate cardio in as well, and last but definately not least, try to eat healthier if u haven't already
i wouldn't trry and build them up too much as it will make your waist look thicker, build them up a little then strip away through DIET AND EXERCISE not pills
