yes you have plateaued because your only working 3 muscle groups and 1 major one at that....as of now you need to drop all exercises for chest, tri's and bi's and focus on rows, chins, shoulder presses and legs or you'll be that for out of balance you'll end up with a 50 year old body when your 30
