How does diet look? Any suggestions?

Low carb diet doesn’t mean NO carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are one of the six nutrients used by our body and carbohydrates are also important for our body as they are the source of fuel and carbohydrates can be stored very easily by muscles for exercise. That’s why Ectomorphs need more carbohydrates. The danger is when they exceed the limited amount in our body. At that stage, you will have to reduce them.

Low Carb reducing Diabetes. No not always. Low GI foods will, but if Diabetics go low Carb, they could potentially still run the risk of a Hypoglycemic attack, when your Bloodsugar is low, and you don't spike it up. This won't happen all the time of course, but could when Bloodsugar is not monitored properly by the individual, or controlled (in the diet), by manipulation of Carb types and portions in grams.
Plus you could also cause Ketoacidosis, where the body produces a lot of Ketones to strip Fat for energy, and this is not good for Diabetics, as Ketoacidosis means they have higher acid blood, and too many Ketones in the blood, which can lead to coma and possibly death, if not treated promptly enough.
Diabetes would be better monitored by regular Glucose checks, and if needs be Doctor consultations, and possibly Insulin if required.
