Hi I am woman and I have some questions about cardio.
I have a treadmill in house and I do jogging every day for 40 minutes with incline 1 after that I walk fast for 15 minutes starting with incline 15 (which is the highest to treadmill) and I reducing by 1 every minute!
I do that at 15:00 every day.

But I realize that body start to get used to this should I change it and what is the best change I can do ??

With the treadmill we loose only body fat??

Also 3 days a week I do strength exercises. Each day different parts of the body but I did them after treadmill. I heard that is better to do strength exercises aftrer cardio but why that ??
I want to keep body fit actually and improve muscles a little bit.
