Senior Week: No Weights

Post by timtimtimmah19 »

So next Saturday I leave for a week with class to the shore for a long celebration for graduation. While I'm there I'm not going to be able to have access to weights or anything, and I definitely want to try not to lose too much of the progress I've made. Can anyone suggest a good body weight/running routine that I can use while I'm down there? I'm thinking just doing a circuit each day of sprints, pushups, bridges, inverse rows, and finally a long run?

If you can find a place to get some chin-pullups in, I'd suggest that. One week off isn't going to make a big deal, especially at your age. Enjoy the shore - go meet some girls.

lol, yeah I'm mainly just looking for something to get me up, moving, and releasing endorphins to feel okay in the morning

use those exercises but not the long run....sprints 5 x 50m, 30secs rest...will take 5% of the time
