I'd like to know if I should train 3 days, then a day off and etc.. and how much time does it take to see the muscles? I heard it was 5 months.
I'm currently doing Biceps and triceps on monday, tuesday I workout chest and the back and wednesday I do legs and shoulders and I play squash.
(including forearms and calfs)
What advices would you give me to get visible muscles in the less time possible? I'm currently lifting 170 pounds benchpress 1 rep and goal is to lift up to 250.

yep...i don't isolate abs but do have them most of the time (not eye popping but you cans them) and i don't do cardio either...if your basic exercises are heavy enough your core gets more than enough work from them acting as stabilsers..arms gets worked with every upper exercise you do and with more wt that a curl or pushdown would let you use
