14 yr old trying to gain muscle mass

I am trying to gain mass in muscle and dont know which way to go..

i lift 25 pound dumbells 3 sets of 6-7reps (concentration curls)

i do push-ups 3 sets of 25 reps

i do this forearm flick things like 2 sets of 10 reps with 25 pound wieghts

what can i do to improve workout?

answer these first:

- can you do 20 perfect push ups
- can you do 20 perfect split squats each leg
- can you do 20 perfect inverted rows

all these are at bodyweight

if you can/not i can go from there

search goolge what you don't know

you also need to eat

i dont have muck to work with only some dumbbells and some other weight things

i can do the push ups

can berly do the split squats

and dont rely have a place to do the inverted row since im not at a gym

i would say search "your body is a barbell" by alwyn cosgrove and give that a go...we can substitute what we need to if you get back to me

have a look at it, tell me what you can do with your equipment and i'll substitute the one's we can't

i really dont have any equiptment and dont belong to a gym all i have in dumbells a barbell and no bench so i have a limited amount of exercises
