i only use a protein powder after training and that's it, the rest is food...the protein is called Protein Premium by some company called Mass Dinners...there was a 2 x 1.5kg tubs special for 60 dollars or something when i got it...as always i just buy the most powder i can get for the cheapeast price and i don't think i've bought the same one twice now that i think about it

i've been meaning to get some more fish oil but i have tuna and fish each day so it hasn't been a huge priority but i might get some this week i think

I was using bottled Protein drinks, but in a slight cost cutting measure, I've gone back to Powder and see how that works.

Haven't use Powder for about 6-7 years, but I'm willing to do it again. So far so good, and actually this one mixes well, withou teven needing a fork.

Gone for a bog standard type, Nutrisport Whey with Complex Carbs.

Also use a Glutamine supplement, especially before bed.

Only powdered stuff I use. Don't use caspule supps either. Some are quite good like Omegas for example, but I just don't use them. A personal choice nothing more.

for omega-3 there's egg or egg's whites that offer omega-3 added and salmon contains a lot too

To be optimal to you know a "number" in % of your fat that should comes from omega-3 ?

wee fats should be about 30 - 40% of total cal's...healthy fats should comprise about 50 - 70% of that so what about 20% of total cal's that works out to be
