Calorie Adjustment
How often should calorie intake be adjusted, based on weight loss? When weight loss stops, or should it be a gradual drop weekly or monthly?
I'd say when it stops.
If you're getting healthy amounts like 2lbs a week, and essentially no effect on things like weightlifting ability, then its almost certainly pure Fat loss, and unless it stalls, or you start experiencing things like increased fatigue, or abnomalities, then no real need to alter dietry intake I think.
