Post by benstew »

I have man boobs and a im eating what people have said are best for me. I want to know wen im doing weights to get muscle on chest area should i be doing low reps and heavy weight or alot of reps and low weight?

Or will i have to lose all of fat of boobs and then just start lifting the weights or will the weights help me get rid of man boobs??? Or does it do nothing just build muscle? Would just running and rowing and biking do the trick. Please could some one help me cos im really confuse about it all

thanks ben

weights are a great way TO lose fat because the more muscle mass you have, the more fat you burn, even at rest, so yes you should.

i would try low reps, heavy instead of high reps.

also, what exactly are you eating? do you eat a big breakfast? 5+ meals a day? post an example of your meals for a day

Go with low reps heavy weight. Warm up with high reps and lower weight, it's a great cardio exercise. But make sure to get some heavy lifting in there as well.

your better off warming up with low reps and progressive wt otherwise you might have performed 50 reps without getting near your top wt causing fatigue before you even start
