How would I increase chest size. I am 15 and have been working out for a while, chest is very toned and sort big, but I want It a lot bigger, like a killer chest. Some people are telling me to increase the weight I'm using, but I cant life any more the 115LBS without a spotter. Can someone please clarify this for me and give me some good advise.
You're 15. Just give it time and it will happen. It's good you really want it, but the key to things like this is time, patience and understanding of your own body.
The first two you can have right now, the last one comes with experience, and more years of lifting.
ur gunna have to go heavier, do a few less reps. try using dumbbells for a while instead of barbells. do cross bench dumbbell pullovers to increase ur over all strength in your upper body
