Yes I am new to these forums and I am hoping that I can get as much advice as possible to get me to the point I am trying to get to. I am sitting around 202 and have lost 5 pounds in about 2 weeks. I want to get to about 185 before I leave here in April. I am in the military and currently in Afghanistan, the only problem I seem to have is that body clock has been completely thrown for a loop due to the way I work. Long hours. The other thing is I am kind of restricted to what I have to eat. I just have to find a way to rotate body clock so that when I come into work it feels like a morning to me. I am open to any suggestions I like to run except I find myself running at the end of work day just because of weather and time contstraints, but that is ok I can do that. I would like to tone up abs as well and I know with all the exercises that are out there if I stick to some diet plan and also the ab exercises I should be fairly tone come April. I am open to any suggestions and I can be reached at [email protected] Thank You

They have almost a full gym here space is limited so you can only do so much. They do have free weights and some machines.
