High rep or LOw rep

Post by adrian »

ive checked on the net for some infos on the abs, diff websites have diff opinions, some said by doing higher reps with low weight is enought to get defined abs already , but some said low reps with high weights .

what do u think?and is pretty low already ,but the abs are still not popping out, i dont belong to a gym which means i could only workout at home...T.T

thats way too many reps. chances are your form will diminish and you could consider that useless.

try adding weights to your crunches or something that allows you to do about 15. then break that into about 3 sets or something.

1,000 crunches? Blerch, waste of effort. Don't believe stuff like that works, no matter how many so-called celebs claim they do upto 300 a day. They almost certainly do other stuff, to get the results too. They just don't realise that's what they're doing.

Stomachs are often developed from quality not quantity.
