low carb diet
lookig for advice about low carb diet and weigh training can you combie the two

Well the best way to lose body fat is doing cardio. Unfortunately, you get energy from carbs which allow you to do the cardio necessary to burn the fat. I personally love eating seafood and chicken so I won't do the low carb thing, but there are a lot of low carb forums out there....I imagine theres a few on here as well. Good luck!
Sorry, I must politely disagree. Fat Loss is most achievable firstly through diet, then weights then a little Cardio.
Too much Cardio promotes a possible muscle burn, which in turn, casues Crash dieting, and harms the bodies Metabolism, making Fat losses more difficult.
Cardio only needs to make up about 2 sessions a week, for weight loss individuals, 3 times at most.
Cardio can be part of the process, but shouldn't be considered any more than a tertiary contributor, as it in mind, doesn't outrank Weights or Diet, for Fat loss purposes.

chicken and most seafood has no carbs, unless you bread it.
i don't like low carb...to cut a long story short...
exercise needs fuel
carbs provide fuel
when exercise fuel is used to do exercise
when no fuel, than exercise/performance suffers
no fuel for energy means you need to find energy from someone where else
this somewhere else? protein
protein is muscle
less muscle means your getting fatter
just clean up your diet and train harder/smarter

Search the anbolic diet (AD) for low carb diet and workouts to burn fat while maintaining muscle gain. It's a tough one, but works. Low carb is not for everyone, search the "carb cycling codex" for something a bit less restrictive. But your gonna have to make a choice here: burn the fat, or gain muscle. Low carb works, simple as that, but there are degrees of low carb. The AD works on 30g a day with a 2 week induction, and it's very tough, you have to be disciplined. Carb cycling is easier. Generally, the more fat you have to lose, the less carbs you should be taking in. If you are trying to get rid of a few stubborn spots, try carb cycling before anything drastic.
