I have been running for last 1 month and it’s been helpful, I lost around 5 pounds. (I’m 160 lb now)
I’m preparing to do some workouts for ambitious six packs.
I plan to do running and workouts every alternative day. I’m a vegetarian and I have always had this problem of having the right breakfast.
Any suggestions on how to start with right Veggie Breakfast.
I would suggest protein shakes, they can be made with water, and/or soy milk. I usually make mine with vanilla lite soymilk.......delicious.
And a bowl or oatmeal or fruit.
Do you eat eggs? Eggs with a carb such as oats would be a great breakfast. Otherwise a protein shake as said before, cottage cheese, or soy nuts.
