getting back on the cow again

Post by tytbody »

Hello everyone, I hope this is not a heavy lifter forum but if it is, someone be kind and say hit the road jack. No problem. But if it's for regular health care people who want to stay physical, I'm in. I will tell you what I am looking to do and I want some direction on how to do it.
I would like to just stay physicaly in shape, i.e. work out. I don't want to be in any contest. Just do exercise. I am interested in doing a full body routine, weight lifting. I have a bowflex, a bench and free weights.

1. How do I make own program, doing the exercises in the way that doesn't burn out the other before you get to it.

2. Do it in a 2 day split so I have the whole body done once a week.

is this possible?

Look forward to meeting some workout buddies.

You're more than welcome Cheryl :). We don't discriminate against anybody, as long as people respect others.
