Destroying Fat ..
i've got two questions.
variety is a catalyst to maximum fat-loss right .. so in which of the four aspects of the program can i change up the exercises for variety?
i'd like to incorporate tricking (gymnastics, aerial moves n kicks) and boxing into it for more variety .. maybe even swimming ?
or should i just ignore al this n follow it word by word?
and also what kind of borders or adjustments should be set on bmr in order to maintain best results ?? perhaps a 500 calorie deficit ?

What do you mean by 4 aspects, apart from Diet, Cardio and Weights are you also referring to supplements?
Fat loss also can occur from eating below maintenance, or burning more than you consume, so you shouldn't need to eat below BMR, that's unhealthy, and can affect the way your Metabolism works, in not very good ways.

- your good at these so cal use would not be as high as if you did something you weren't so good at...could maybe replace some of the aerobic sessions with gymnastics and boxing but not so much that your completely rooted by the end of it and start using muscle for fuel
- i'm not sold on swimming for fat loss...how many fat people swim???
- i would start slightly above maintenance and than gradually lower as needed...do 7 days on this before lowering...i read somewhere that you only need to subtract 31 cal's from BMR for fat loss...drop too much too soon and you'll overtrain, chew up muscle etc

I don't mean they dive in and half the water spills out, like in cartoons, but if their weight hinders things like Leg and Arm movement, they're at increased risk of drowning.
not that I want anyone to drown, it's just the mental picture is funny.

what i meant by the 4 aspects was:
heavy lifting,
alactic work
lactate inducing work
20 - 30mins of steady state aerobic work
yeah sounds good, i'll probably replace some sessions with that .. i'll just do i guess 15/10 minutes of more intense tricking instead of 20-30, to avoid muscle loss and be on the safe side..
i'll also keep on maintenance and see what happens, i mean body will be extremely shocked, as i've been doing minimal sporting activity recently due to irrelevant reasons
if it doesnt work out, i'll try the gradually lowering method.
lol yeah, the whole fat ppl thing made me literally crack up haha. but u know, if fat ppl DID swim regularly, i really think they'd see results. especially in an HIIT form
its always good to have a sense of humour in any situation, i'm like that too
